Abstract:
A car unlocking box and a wireless remote control system comprises a remote control box installed with an electronic circuit in the car for controlling the car door unlocking mechanism along with a power supply circuit which controls and supplies a current to the remote control, wherein such remote control is configured to operate via a shaft supplied with power from a motor set to twist according to a predetermined direction to force the remote control to control the status and the car door locking or unlocking mechanism, the system makes it simple to install and set up and to reduce problems caused by circuit adjustment which affects the car insurance.

Claims

1. A car unlocking box comprises a remote control box (1) containing an electronic circuit installed inside the car along with a power supply circuit which supplies power and control the remote control (15), wherein it is characterized in that the remote control box (1) comprises a motor set (2), a shaft set (3), a remote control (15) in combination thereof, wherein the remote control (15) is controlled via the shaft (10) which receives power from the motor (8) to rotate the shaft (10) by the predetermined position so that the protruding portion (12) of the shaft (10) shifts to press the button (11) installed within the port (13) of the flange (19) to further operate following the command.

2. The car unlocking box according to claim 1, wherein the shaft set (3) comprises the shaft (10) of which any one end is disposed on the motor (8).

3. The car unlocking box according to claim 1, wherein the shaft (10) is attached with a locking portion (4) via the flange (19) of the remote control box (1) at least one position.

4. The car unlocking box according to claim 1, wherein the locking portion (4) comprises an upper locking portion (20) and a lower locking portion (21), wherein both portions comprises a shaft supporting port (14) curved along the cross sectional surface of the shaft (10).

5. The car unlocking box according to claim 1, wherein the shaft (10) is assembled with the protruding portion (12) protruding or raising from the surface of the shaft (10) or in a manner that the shaft (10) is assembled with the device protruding from the shaft (10).

6. The car unlocking box according to claim 1, wherein the remote control (15) is installed on either the remote control base (16) or the base (17) or the combination thereof.

7. The car unlocking box according to claim 1, wherein the remote control base (16) and the base (17) are in square shape.

8. The car unlocking box according to claim 7, wherein the end portion of either the base (17) or the flange (19) or the combination thereof comprises the fastening portion (5) at least one position.

9. The car unlocking box according to claim 1, wherein the motor (8) connects to either the electrical signal receiving wire to drive the motor (8) connected to the ground or the rotation adjustment signal receiving wire of the motor (8) or the combination thereof which is controllable according to the structure determined by the user.

10. A wireless remote control system is configured to control the status of the remote control (15) via the button control unit (41) which receives the command from the processing unit (42) via the signal receiving unit (43) to receive and send the wireless remote control signal via the medium for receiving and sending the wireless signal or the sensor or the combination thereof, wherein the processing unit (42) is configured to receive the command from the user (30) via the signal receiving unit (43) as the user (30) could send the command via the processing unit (42) to control the supply or stop the electric current of the circuit in the remote control box (1) via the power supply control unit (44) which controls the power supply unit (45) connected to the circuit of the remote control box (1) to proceed the supply or the termination of the electrical current of the remote control box (1) in the control of the start of the car engine.

Field of the invention

Engineering related to the car unlocking box and wireless remote control system

Background of the invention

The car rental industry nowadays requires full-time employees to be in post at the rental station for the purpose of registration and resource management, e.g. providing car key to a renter, which cause much difficulty.

Presently, there are many ways to unlock and start the car, e.g. pressing the button, using the key, using remote unlocking system. The latter can be commanded from a server connected to a circuit inside the car. And with different types of circuit arrangement, it is required to plan and adjust the system in accordance with each types of car, causing much difficulty and affecting car condition.

According to the Thai patent database, the inventions related to a car locking control device/tool are as follows:

The invention patent application no. 1101000052, titled “Car door unlocking system”, describes the car door unlocking system with remote control which comprises a numeric keypad for setting a password and unlocking the control system. With said remote control, the user or the driver can lock/unlock the door, either the driver door or all fours, and get the starter motor ready at the same time. In case of a mismatched password, the control box commands the solenoid to lock the door and stop the starter motor. And if there is an attempt to cut the wire of the control box for a direct connection, the warning system, with a siren, will immediately alarm.

The invention patent application no. 0301003526, titled “Electronic key for vehicles” describes the control of electronic key for vehicles which operates under the internal serial control of the system, wherein the controller of the electronic key comprises a request signal generator, an output circuit, and an output antenna for sending the request signal to the electronic key, with the operation of activation switch on the vehicle and located adjacent to the user.

The petty patent application no. 0503000568, titled “Brake locking device with a switch for engine starter control” describes the burglar-proof locking device with a switch controlling mechanism for the engine starting system. The device is permanently installed to a steering column, a single pipeline, with a return spring disposed in the column connected to a brake locking plate, while the other end of the column has the first padlock and the lower portion of the main pipeline has the short second-pipeline for the installation of the second padlock.

The aforementioned inventions are the control of lock using some certain control mechanisms varied by the purpose of use. Thus, the inventors have developed the car unlocking box and wireless remote control system that allows the renter to be able to unlock the car on their own, which reduces resources and costs as well as increasing management efficiency, allowing potential branch expansion or growing number of cars. The device and system are made compatible with various type of car remotes, which makes it simple to install and requires no circuit adjustment that might affect the car insurance.

Summary of the invention

The car unlocking box and wireless remote control system comprises a remote control box installed with an electronic circuit in the car for controlling the door unlocking mechanism along with a power supply circuit which controls and supplies a current to the remote control, wherein said remote control is configured to operate via a shaft supplied with power from a motor set in order that the shaft twists by a predetermined direction, allowing the remote control to control the status and the locking or unlocking mechanism of the door.

The objective of the present invention is to provide an application for renters to remotely unlock the car, wherein the application works with devices and systems that are made compatible with various types of car remotes in order to make it simple to install and set up and to reduce problems caused by circuit adjustment which affects the car insurance.

Detailed description of the invention FIG. 1 illustrates an example of the remote control box and FIG. 2 illustrate an example of components of the remote control box, wherein the remote control box 1 is provided with the electronic circuit inside the car for controlling the locking or unlocking mechanism within the box along with the power supply circuit which supplies power and controls the remote control 15 while the status of the remote control 15 is controlled via the shaft 10 receiving power from the motor 8 so that the shaft 10 rotates according to the predetermined position, causing such remote control 15 to receive a command and control according to the predetermined status for forcing and controlling the lock or unlock of the car door, and further includes the wireless power supply control system which controls or stops the current supplied to the remote control 15 to control the start of the car.

The remote control box 1 is provided with the motor set 2, the shaft set 3, and the remote control 15, wherein the shaft set 3 is provided with the shaft 10 as one end of the shaft 10 is mounted on the motor 8, such shaft 10 is fixed by the locking portion 4 through the flange 19 of the remote control box 1 at least one position so as to surround the shaft 10 to twist or rotate under the locking portion 4 as predetermined and also adjust the height of the shaft 10 upright in the position of torque of the motor 8.

An example of the locking portion 4 according to the present invention is provided with two portions including: the upper locking portion 20 and the lower locking portion 21. Both portions are provided with the shaft receiving port 14 which is curved along the cross sectional surface of the shaft 10 for assembling the shaft 10 with the curved portion of the shaft receiving port 14 to twist along the axial direction in the shaft receiving port 14 without moving out of the locking portion 14.

The shaft 10 is further assembled with the protruding portion 12 which protrudes or raises from the surface of the shaft 10 or in a manner that the shaft 10 is assembled with the protruding device from the shaft 10, or in the same objective to press the button 11 for supplying the compression from the motor 8 to the remote control 15 in a control status.

An example of the present invention provides the button 11 to assemble with the port 13 of the flange 19 as a pressing portion and for supplying force to the remote control 15 by disposing the remote control 15 to either the remote control base 16 or the base 17 or a combination thereof as a support portion for the remote control 15. The remote control base 16 and the base 17 are in square shape for supporting the remote control 15 by providing either the end portion of the base 17 or the flange 19 or the combination thereof with the fastening portion 5 at least one position for disposing on the fastening device for the installation on any one portion of the car or the other devices for the installation of the circuit and the control system.

Further, the shaft 10 is provided so as to rotate or twist according to the axial direction by the motor 8 as an example of the present invention provides the motor 8 to be installed in the motor supporting port 9 which is a port comprising a cover 7 for storing the motor 8. The example of the present invention provides the motor 8 to connect to either the electrical signal receiving wire to drive the motor 8 connected to ground or the rotation adjustment signal receiving wire of the motor 8 or the combination thereof, that is controllable according to the type determined by the user.

According to FIG. 3, it illustrates an example of the wireless remote locking or unlocking control system, wherein one embodiment of the present invention allows the user 30 to be able to control the remote control box 1 via the remote controlling mechanism with the medium for receiving and sending the information in the form of the wireless signal receiving and sending device 31 which is a wireless medium or the similar devices for receiving and sending signals. When the remote control box 1 receives the command from the user 30, the internal system of the remote control box 1 is configured to send the information to the rotation adjustment signal receiving wire in either the locking status 32, the unlocking status 33, or the neutral status 34, or the combination thereof to send the command to the motor 8 to twist or move the shaft 10 to cause the protruding portion 12 to press the button 11 in order to send the command to the remote control 15.

With an example of a control of car door status, determining the neutral status 34 as the protruding position 12 of the shaft 10 in the position mismatching the button 11 so that the remote control 15 is not in the operating status, and the control of locking status 32 or unlocking status 33 configures the protruding portion 12 to twist and move to the button 11 by providing the protruding potion 12 of the shaft 10 at least one position as a suitable position in opposite of or in parallel to force and send the command to the remote control 15 that is suitable to allow the protruding portion 12 to be installed in the position corresponding or matching with the button 11 in the transmission of the command and the control of the status of the remote control 15.

Also, according to FIG. 4, it illustrates an example of the wireless remote power supply control system. In the wireless remote power supply control system, it is configured to control the status of the remote control 15 via the button control unit 41 which receives the command from the processing unit 42 via the signal receiving unit 43 to receive and send the wireless remote control signals via either the wireless signal sending and receiving medium or the sensor or the combination thereof. The processing unit 42 is configured to receive and send the command from the user 30 via the signal receiving unit 43 as the user 30 could send the command via the processing unit 42 to control the supply or stop the electric current of the circuit in the remote control box 1 via the power supply control unit 44 which controls the power supply unit 45 connected to the circuit of the remote control 1 to proceed the supply or the termination of the electrical current of the remote control box 1 in the control of the start of the car engine.

Hence, any adjustments or modifications might be clearly comprehensible and proceeded by a person skilled in the art under the scope and the intention of the present invention as specified in the attached claims.
