Abstract:
Provided is a carbamate production method characterized by bringing a carbon dioxide-containing mixed gas in which the partial pressure of carbon dioxide is 0.001 atm or greater but less than 1 atm, into contact with an amino group-containing organic compound, in at least one organic solvent selected from the group consisting of organic solvents having 2 to 8 carbons, and in the presence of a base; and a method for producing a carbamate ester or a urea derivative, by using a carbamate.
