Abstract:
The present invention relates to a carbide insert deburring device using brushes for deburring and surface-cleaning a molded product taken out of a molding press apparatus, comprising: a brush module configured to remove burrs on a cutting edge of the molded product, and foreign substances attached to a lower surface, of the molded product passing through a deburring zone while being gripped by a gripper; a brush clamp configured to easily attach and detach the brush module; an upper surface cleaner configured to remove foreign substances from the upper surface of the molded product together with the brush module; a deburring unit comprising a cleaning module configured to suppress scattering of dust generated by the brush module and the upper surface cleaner and collect the dust; a rotation unit configured to rotate the brush module to clean the molded product; a driving unit comprising a moving unit configured to move a side brush inward; and a frame having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and composed of an upper portion in which the deburring unit is installed, and a lower inner portion in which the driving unit is positioned. Accordingly, provided is a device that can improve product productivity by deburring and cleaning a carbide insert taken out of a molding press by means of two side brushes, a lower brush, and an upper cleaner, and can reduce production costs by collecting removed foreign substances at one spot and recovering cemented carbide particles from the foreign substances.
