Abstract:
A carbon fiber pipe manufacturing method and an elastic fiber pipe manufactured with same. The carbon fiber pipe manufacturing method comprises the following steps: step 1, immersing a carbon fiber sheet (10) woven by carbon fiber in epoxy resin to form a pre-immersed blank (20); step 2, cutting the pre-immersed blank (20) into a certain size and laminating the cut pre-immersed blank (20) to form laminated sheets (30); step 3, winding the laminated sheets (30) around a spindle (40) in a round rod shape; step 4, placing the spindle (40) wound with the laminated sheets (30) on a mold (60) and pressing from upside by using a punching machine (50) to make the mold (60) move back and forth in a horizontal direction, so that the laminated sheets (30) are pressed tightly on the spindle (40) to a certain thickness; step 5, drying the tightly pressed laminated sheets (30) so as to cure the epoxy resin; and step 6, removing the spindle (40) from the dried laminated sheets (30).
