Abstract:
A carbon fiber-reinforced polyether ether ketone composite material. The composite material relates to the technical field of composite materials, and comprises an internal structural layer provided with intermediate strength layers on both sides thereof, and the outer sides of the intermediate strength layers are provided with surface resistance layers. The inner structural layer is composed of a phenolic resin layer, a polyether ether ketone layer and a polyester resin layer, with the phenolic resin layer, polyether ether ketone layer and polyester resin layer being sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the intermediate strength layers are composed of a carbon fiber layer, an alumina fiber layer and a boron carbide fiber layer; and the surface resistance layers are composed of a petroleum pitch layer, a quartz layer and a silicon carbide layer. By means of the arrangement of the inner structural layer, and the cooperative arrangement of the phenolic resin layer, polyether ether ketone layer and polyester resin layer, the composite material has significantly good performances, such as a good heat dissipation performance, ultraviolet aging resistance, and chemical solvent corrosion resistance, and meets the requirements of national low-carbon economy and energy conservation and emission reduction.
