Abstract:
Disclosed are a cargo loading and conveying system and method. The cargo loading and conveying system comprises: an assembly packaging moving rack (2) disposed on an assembly packaging fixing rack (1), which assembly packaging moving rack can fix a flexible cargo packaging bag (8) and holds open a mouth of the cargo packaging bag; a movable plate (31) mounted in the assembly packaging moving rack and can rise or lower; a movable plate lifting driving mechanism, which can drive the movable plate to rise or lower; cargo sensors (6) arranged near the mouth of the cargo packaging bag for collecting information of items of cargo exceeding a preset height of the mouth of the cargo packaging bag; and a controller (52) electrically connected to the cargo sensors and the movable plate lifting driving mechanism such that, before loading of items of cargo into a cargo packaging bag, the controller controls the movable plate to rise to a preset height, and when the items of cargo are sensed by the cargo sensors, the controller can control the movable plate to lower by means of the movable plate lifting driving mechanism, such that the items of cargo in the cargo packaging bag can be lowered. The cargo loading and conveying system is reasonable in terms of structure, can conveniently load and unload cargo, can maximize the loading capacity, and has a high degree of automation.
