Abstract:
Provided is a cassette that can smoothly convey a print target medium comprising a print target layer and a release layer. A print tape 22 is conveyed in a winding direction D from a print tape roll 26 to a head space 11 along a conveyance path HK provided in a case 19, and therefore, unlike in the prior art, a release tape 22c does not lift off from a print target tape 22a due to the inside and the outside of the print tape 22 becoming inverted as the print tape 22 is conveyed. As a result, the print tape 22 comprising the print target tape 22a and the release tape 22c can be conveyed smoothly.
