Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a casting apparatus for an autoclaved lightweight sand aerated concrete slab, comprising: a base, side plates, a top plate, a casting opening, and movable blocks. The top plate comprises a top plate body, mounting grooves, and a convex sliding groove; the casting opening comprises a sliding plate and sliding grooves; and each movable block comprises a connection plate, a connection plate protruding block, a rotation plate, rotation plate protruding blocks, and a locking bolt. The sliding plate is pushed so that the sliding plate slides on the convex sliding groove by means of the sliding grooves to enter the interior of the top plate, a casting material is poured through an opening appearing after the sliding plate is moved away, after casting is completed, by turning the rotation plates, the rotation plate protruding blocks are movably connected to the connection plate protruding blocks by means of the locking bolts, the rotation plates rotate to be separated from the side plates, the side plates are removed, and by means of a flexible connection between convex mounting grooves of the base and the mounting grooves, the top plate is removed from the base, so that the casting apparatus is facilitated to be disassembled, and thus an autoclaved lightweight sand aerated concrete slab can be extracted.
