Title:
CATALYST FOR ANTI-MARKOVNIKOV HYDROAMINATION, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/056647
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical fields of green catalysis and related chemistry, and discloses a catalyst for anti-Markovnikov hydroamination, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The catalyst consists of atomically dispersed Pt and a composite oxide. The catalyst is prepared by a method comprising induction of a Pt salt precursor on a surface of a hydrotalcite, high-temperature calcination to allow topological transformation, followed by reduction. The method has the advantages of atomic dispersion of Pt and adjustment of the ratios of a plurality of Pt active centers. The catalyst can be used in an hydroamination reaction, in which alkene and amine substrates, and the catalyst are added into a solvent and reacted at a reaction temperature of 30-120°C under a self-generated reaction pressure for a reaction time of 0.5-48 h. The advantages of the present application are that the preparation method for the catalyst is simple and easy to carry out, the catalyst has a high selectivity and a high activity in catalyzing anti-Markovnikov hydroamination, the reaction raw materials are inexpensive and readily available, reaction conditions are mild, and atom utilization ratio is high.
