Abstract:
A catalytic cracking anti-coke activator and a preparation method therefor. The catalytic cracking anti-coke activator comprises the following components by mass fraction: 5%-58% of a heteropolyacid modified VPI-5 molecular sieve, 0.1%-4.0% of a free radical inhibitor, 0.1%-5.0% of a reactive emulsifier, and 40%-92% of a solvent. Loaded heteropolyacid accounts for 1.0%-20.0% of the total mass of the heteropolyacid modified VPI-5 molecular sieve. The solvent and the free radical inhibitor are added to the heteropolyacid modified VPI-5 molecular sieve in sequence and stirred well; then, the reactive emulsifier is added and stirring is continued at 20-80°C for 5-40 min.
