Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method for a catalytic cracking catalyst, characterized in that the method comprises: carrying out contact treatment on a NaY molecular sieve and a rare earth salt solution or a mixed solution of a rare earth salt solution and an ammonium salt solution, mixing and pulping the raw materials including a rare earth-containing NaY molecular sieve, an inorganic oxide binder, and natural minerals, which are all obtained by filtering and water washing, and then molding same; subjecting the molded article to hydrothermal calcination treatment under an externally-applied pressure and an atmospheric environment to which an aqueous solution containing an acidic or alkaline substance is externally added; and then removing alkali metals by means of ammonium exchange. The present invention optimizes and shortens the catalyst preparation process, and can reduce the preparation cost; the prepared catalyst has an excellent heavy oil conversion capacity, a high gasoline and diesel yield, and a lower coke selectivity; and the amount of the molecular sieve used in the catalyst is relatively reduced.
