This catalytic reactor(100) is provided with: a catalyst holding member (30) that is provided on an end face (1a) of a core part (1) so as to cover up an opening (11a) of a first flow path (11); a sealing material (50) that seals a region around the catalyst holding member (30); and a seal holding member (40) that holds the sealing material (50) such that the sealing material (50) is in contact with the end face (1a) of the core part (1).
