Abstract:
Provided is a cell culturing apparatus as a cell suspension culturing apparatus suitable for large-scale culturing of cells, the cell culturing apparatus being provided with a culture solution aspirator having a double pipe structure comprising an outer pipe and an inner pipe inserted in the bore of the outer pipe, and a suspension culture tank, wherein, in the culture solution aspirator, the outer pipe is provided with a filter through which a culture solution is passed, the inner pipe is provided with a suction port for the culture solution passed through the filter, and an air hole for communicating the bore of the outer pipe with the outside is provided distally in the direction of insertion of the outer pipe into the suspension culture tank.
