Abstract:
This cell lysis device comprises: a cell capture device (1) internally provided with a filter (61) in which multiple through-holes (62) are formed; a test liquid supply unit (8) which supplies a test liquid; a lysate supply unit (6) which supplies a lysate; a lysate recovery unit (9) which recovers a lysate; and a recovery unit (11) which recovers a liquid. The cell capture device (1) internally comprises: a first region (55), which is a space disposed above the filter (61), a second region (56), which is a space disposed below the filter (61), a first flow path (3A) and a second flow path (4A), which connect the first region to outside of the device; and a third flow path (10A) which connects the second region to outside of the device. The treatment liquid supply unit and the lysate supply unit are connected to the first flow path, the test liquid supply unit and the lysate recovery unit are connected to the second flow path, and the recovery unit is connected to the third flow path.
