Abstract:
The present invention provides a cell management device, a learning model, a computer program, a cell management method, and an information provision device for presenting a movable distance with excellent accuracy in accordance with the state of a scheduled movement route of an electric moving body. The cell management device is provided with a calculation unit for calculating a movable distance on the basis of the charge rate of a power storage element in a motive-power source of the electric moving body. The calculation unit of the cell management device: acquires the charge rate of the power storage element; acquires environment information in the scheduled route of the electric moving body; calculates, from the acquired charge rate and environment information, the predicted amount of power consumption on the basis of the amount of electric power needed for the electric moving body to move along the scheduled route and the predicted amount of power consumption of equipment mounted in the electric moving body; and calculates the distance movable by the remaining electric power of the power storage element on the basis of the calculated predicted amount of power consumption and the charge rate.
