Abstract:
A cellulose ester preparation method, comprising the following steps: adding an acid anhydride, a cellulose material and an esterification reaction catalyst into water for mixing treatment, and performing an esterification reaction. The cellulose ester preparation method uses water as a reaction solvent such that cellulose swells to increase the contact area of the cellulose, while the esterification reaction catalyst may further be effectively dissolved, thereby promoting an esterification reaction between the acid anhydride and a cellulose hydroxyl group such that cellulose ester contains functional groups; moreover, the original structure of cellulose may be effectively maintained, the application range of cellulose ester may be expanded, and the performance of corresponding products may be improved; in addition, the aqueous phase esterification reaction system constructed by the preparation method is safe and environmentally friendly; meanwhile, the process steps are effectively simplified, reaction efficiency is improved, and economic costs are reduced.
