Title:
CENTRIFUGAL FAN AND ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/255334
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the conventional centrifugal fan having irregularly spaced blades, the nz noise is modulated in the frequency band around the number of blades Z, and it is particularly difficult to reduce high-frequency noise. In a centrifugal fan (1) including a main plate 2 having a rotation center (O) and a plurality of blades (4) extending from the main plate (2) in the direction of a rotation axis passing through the rotation center (O), at least some of the plurality of blades (4) are arranged so that the distances between the adjacent blades (4) are irregular, the length direction of the blades (4) extends from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side of the main plate (2), in the set of blades with the smallest distance between the blades adjacent in the rotation direction from among the plurality of blades (4), the blade (4_2) located on the rear side in the rotation direction and the blade (4_1) located on the front side in the rotation direction have different shapes on the outer peripheral side, and the blade (4_2) located on the rear side in the rotation direction is configured to have a smaller action of discharging the fluid in the outer peripheral direction than the blade (4_1) located on the front side in the rotation direction.
