The present invention relates to a vaporization unit of a microparticle generating device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a ceramic heater of a microparticle generating device, wherein a material having a small difference in a heat transfer rate from a heating coil contains a liquid and thus can prevent carbonization. The present invention provides a ceramic heater of a microparticle generating device, comprising: a porous ceramic which absorbs and stores a liquid; and a heating element which is connected to the porous ceramic and generates heat when a current is applied thereto, wherein the liquid supported by the porous ceramic is vaporized by heat generated by the heating element. In addition, the present invention provides a ceramic heater installation structure for a microparticle generating device, comprising: a liquid storage unit in which a liquid is stored; a vaporization space which is provided inside the liquid storage unit and in which a liquid is heated and vaporized; an introduction channel through which air is introduced into the vaporization space; a discharge channel through which air is discharged from the vaporization space; and a ceramic heater which includes a ceramic body disposed on the lower surface of the vaporization space, and a heating coil installed on the ceramic body.
