Abstract:
Provided is a ceramic heater 10 comprising a ceramic plate 20. An outer circumference-side resistance exothermic body 26 is disposed in an outer circumference-side zone Z2 of the ceramic plate 20. A wire line 24 extends from each of a pair of terminals 23, 23 which are disposed in the center part of the ceramic plate 20 toward the outer circumference-side zone Z2, and the portion of said wire line 24 in proximity to the outer circumference-side zone Z2 is formed as a straight-line part. A connection terminal 25 is a conductive member which connects the wire line 24 with the outer circumference-side resistance exothermic body 26, and comprises: a first hole wherethrough the straight-line part of the wire line 24 is inserted; and a second hole wherethrough an end part of the outer circumference-side resistance exothermic body 26 is inserted.
