Abstract:
The present invention provides a ceramic material and method for fabricating same, and a resonator, filter, and remote radio device. The starting material formulation comprises 76%-85% by weight of neodymium-zinc-titanium-based ceramic powder and 15%-24% by weight of organic binder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the neodymium-zinc-titanium-based ceramic powder of the described formulation with the organic binder to obtain a mixture; heating the mixture to form a melt; injection-molding the melt to obtain a green body; debinding the green body; sintering the debound green body. The neodymium-zinc-titanium-based dielectric resonator of the present invention has uniform density and highly accurate size, has a high dielectric constant and stable performance, and may be molded into a dielectric resonator having a complicated shape.
