Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a Ba2Ti9O20-based microwave dielectric ceramic material and a preparation method therefor, a resonator, a filter, and a radio frequency remote device, the preparation method for the dielectric ceramic material comprising the steps of: preparing a mixture comprising at least a Ba2Ti9O20-based ceramic powder and an organic binder; injection-molding the mixture to obtain a green body; degreasing and thermally degreasing the green body by using a non-polar solvent extraction method; and sintering the thermally degreased green body to obtain a Ba2Ti9O20-based microwave dielectric ceramic. In the preparation method, Ba2Ti9O20-based dielectric ceramic is injection-molded, resulting in a medium ceramic material with even distribution of density and size as well as a high degree of size precision after sintering. Furthermore, the material cost is low, and the preparation process is simple. Compared with resonator prepared by dry pressing, the ceramic material features a high quality factor (Q×f value) and stable performance.
