Abstract:
Disclosed are a ceramic tile forming mold, a demolding method, and a ceramic tile blank preparation process using the ceramic tile forming mold and the demolding method. The ceramic tile forming mold comprises a material supporting plate and a movable mold frame, wherein the thickness T1 of the material supporting plate is greater than the thickness T2 of the movable mold frame, and the movable mold frame is arranged above the material supporting plate, so that the material supporting plate and the movable mold frame form an accommodating cavity for accommodating a powder material. The lower end of the movable mold frame is provided with a first recess, and the material supporting plate is provided with a second recess that corresponds to the position of the first recess, wherein the width W1 of the second recess is greater than or equal to the width W2 of the movable mold frame; and the first recess and the second recess form a mounting cavity, and several elastic pieces are arranged in the mounting cavity.
