Abstract:

Provided is a channel access method in a mobile station, wherein channeling is performed by a first listening scheme instructed in advance in a first subframe, which is one of a plurality of uplink transmission subframes, and when the uplink transmission is successful in the first subframe, channeling is performed by a second listening scheme that has less channel access difficulty than the first listening scheme in a second subframe, which follows the first subframe, within a maximum channel occupation time from the first subframe.
