Abstract:
The present invention relates to a characteristic analysis apparatus of a rotary-type position angle detection sensor and, more specifically, to a characteristic analysis apparatus of a rotary-type position angle detection sensor, wherein, in order to measure the performance of a rotary-type position angle detection sensor that is applied in a driving device of a driving wing of a guided missile, an environment similar to the driving device of the driving wing is provided to measurement equipment, and voltage output values associated with the rotation of the position angle detection sensor are continuously measured, whereby the performance of the position angle detection sensor can be measured through the linearity of the output values. To this end, a characteristic analysis apparatus of the rotary-type position angle detection sensor is provided, the characteristic analysis apparatus being characterized by comprising: a body which is provided with a rotary-type position angle detection sensor comprising: a PCB board including a resistor; and a brush that moves on the PCB board, and the body includes an installation panel and a frame for supporting the installation panel, and in which a driving motor and an encoder are installed on one surface of the installation panel; a rotary plate installed on one side of the other surface of the installation panel and axially-coupled to the driving motor; a fixing means installed on the other side of the other surface of the installation panel and fixing the PCB board onto the front surface; and a linker which has one end section and the other end section axially-coupled to the rotary plate and the encoder respectively, and in which the other end section rotates on the PCB board to one side and the other side in correspondence to the rotary motion of the rotary plate and is coupled with the brush of the rotary-type position angle detection sensor, wherein the fixing means comprises: a contact surface with which the PCB board is in contact and fixed thereto; a reference piece which is bent outward from one end section of the contact surface and supports the one end section of the PCB board; a rotation piece installed on the reference piece and rotating toward the contact surface; and an elastic member for providing an elastic force so that the rotation piece rotates toward the contact surface.
