Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of hybrid energy storage, and disclosed are a charging and discharging control and management method and device for SC-Li-SC hybrid energy storage. The device comprises super capacitors, a rechargeable battery, voltage-stabilizing devices, current sensors, and a controller. The method comprises a method for flattening charging power that has strong randomness and large fluctuation, a method for determining whether a single super capacitor has completed the charging of a rechargeable battery, a method for switching a super capacitor such that same efficiently charges and discharges, and a method for approximate voltage stabilization discharge of a rechargeable battery. The current sensors are used for detecting a current when the super capacitors charge the rechargeable battery, and the controller controls, according to the current between the super capacitors and the rechargeable battery, the operating states of a super capacitor SC1 and a super capacitor SC2. By means of corresponding control strategies, the present invention utilizes respective performance advantages of super capacitors and a rechargeable battery to enable an entire hybrid energy storage device to stably and safely charge and discharge electric energy under conditions in which the power of new energy power generation is unstable and the fluctuation thereof is large.
