Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a chatbot system, a decision branch formulation device, a decision branch formulation method, and a non-temporary computer readable medium, with which more promising decision branches are displayed with a higher position, and a dialog can be made more efficient. A chatbot system (100) is provided with: a chatbot unit (110) that receives query data from a user terminal, and transits query content to a decision branch generation unit; a decision branch generation unit (120) that creates decision branches for a reply with respect to the query data; and a decision branch formulation unit (130) that sorts the decision branches in a priority order, and transmits the sorted decision branches to a chatbot. The chatbot unit (110) transmits to the user terminal data for displaying the decision branches in the priority order.
