Abstract:
A check valve and a brake system including same are disclosed. A check valve, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a valve housing having a flow path penetrating the inside thereof; a first ball valve part provided at one side of the flow path; and a second ball valve part provided at the other side of the flow path, wherein the first ball valve part can include: a ball opened and closed by selectively coming in contact with an orifice provided at the flow path; an elastic member of which one side is elastically supported by the ball; and a cap elastically supported by the other side of the elastic member and fixedly coupled to the valve housing, and the second ball valve part can include: an elastic member of which one side is elastically supported inside the flow path; a ball elastically supported by the other side of the elastic member; and a seat which has a seat hole opened and closed by the ball selectively coming in contact with same and which is fixedly coupled to the valve housing. In addition, the check valve including a first ball valve and a second ball valve is provided at a flow path for connecting a fluid pressure supply device and a hydraulic control device in the brake system, so as to selectively transmit the fluid pressure of the fluid pressure supply device to a first hydraulic circuit or a second hydraulic circuit.
