Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a chemical fiber filament and a dyeing process therefor. The chemical fiber filament comprises fiber cloth a and fiber cloth b, a skin-friendly fiber layer is provided between the fiber cloth a and the fiber cloth b, the skin-friendly fiber layer is a wheat fiber layer, the fiber cloth a and the fiber cloth b are made of chemical fiber filaments, and the wheat fiber layer is fixed between the fiber cloth a and the fiber cloth b by means of chemical fiber filament yarns. The outer sides of the fiber cloth a and the fiber cloth b are respectively coated with a polyvinyl chloride layer. The chemical fiber filament and the dyeing process therefor in the present invention have the beneficial effects that: the process is stable, so that the final performance of a fabric is relatively stable; the dyeing process is efficient and simple, is convenient to operate, and can be popularized and used; and due to the design of the wheat fiber layer, the later hand feeling is soft, the warm-keeping properties and the skin friendliness are excellent, the wear comfort is improved, the combination degree is high, and the wear comfort of chemical fiber cloth is improved.
