Abstract:
A chemical raw material rinsing device for chemical production, relating to the technical field of industrial cleaning. The device comprises a protective housing (1); a drive motor (27) is turned on by a switch panel (14), so that the drive motor (27) drives a stirring fan (26) to rotate, so as to stir a water flow; a reduction motor (3) drives a first gear (4) to rotate; one side of the first gear (4) drives a second gear (5) to rotate in one direction, and the other side of the first gear (4) drives a third gear (6) to rotate in another direction; a first sector gear (7) driven by the second gear (5) and a second sector gear (8) driven by the third gear (6) are alternately engaged with a rack (9); when the first sector gear (7) drives the rack (9) to move up, the first sector gear is separated from the rack, and the second sector gear (8) is engaged with the rack (9) to drive the rack (9) to move down; a circular filtering plate (19) is driven by the rack (9) to move up and down in the water, so as to rinse a chemical raw material in the water flow. The problems that manual rinsing is usually difficult to operate and long-term exposure to chemical raw materials may cause damage to the human body are solved.
