Abstract:

A solid lubricant coating film can be provided, which can impart satisfactory lubricity and corrosion resistance to an oil well pipe thread even when graphite is used as a solid lubricating agent. In the solid lubricant coating film, at least two solid lubricating agents are dispersed in a binder resin, in which graphite is contained as one of the at least two solid lubricating agents in an amount of 50 to 90% inclusive relative to the total weight of the solid lubricating agents, graphite has a flaky form and an average particle diameter of 10.0 μm or less, a solid lubricating agent comprising at least one material selected from BN, mica, talc, MCA, MoS2, PTFE, PFA and FEP is contained as the other solid lubricating agent among the at least two solid lubricating agents, the binder resin contains a PEEK resin having an average particle diameter of 20 μm or less as a main component, and the PEEK resin is contained in an amount of 70% or more relative to the whole weight of the binder resin.
