Abstract:
Provided is a chip for analysis of a target substance, which is compact, and capable of analyzing a target substance within a short time and with minimal labor. The chip for analysis of a target substance has a first flexible substrate (1), a second flexible substrate (2), and a third substrate (3). At the bonding surfaces of the first flexible substrate (1) and the second flexible substrate (2) is formed a flow channel-forming non-bonded area (11) of belt shape, and an extraction chamber-forming non-bonded area (5) is formed by expanding the width of the belt in a portion of the flow channel-forming non-bonded area (11). The first flexible substrate (1) has a passage hole (7) contacting the flow channel-forming non-bonded area (11), and at the bonding surfaces of the second flexible substrate (2) and the third substrate (3), a shutter-forming non-bonded area (12b) of belt shape is formed to the side of the extraction chamber-forming non-bonded area (5) further from the passage hole (7), so as to vertically intersect the flow channel-forming non-bonded area (11). The first flexible substrate (1) and the second flexible substrate (2) have a pressure supply port (18b) passing through so as to contact the shutter-forming non-bonded area (12b), and magnetic particles (16) for linking to a target substance are arranged in the upper part of the extraction chamber-forming non-bonded area (5).
