Abstract:
A cholesteric liquid crystal film that includes cholesteric liquid crystals. As seen by microscope in thickness-direction cross-section, the cholesteric liquid crystal film has a striped pattern of alternatingly aligned dark parts and light parts and, at a surface part that is at one of a pair of principal surfaces, has fold structures that are formed by dark parts. A production method for the cholesteric liquid crystal film.
