Abstract:
A cigarette packet online detection and rejection result display method, comprising the following operation steps: step 1, defective product classification: listing all possible defective product causes of cigarette packets in the detection process, and recording the causes into an IPC control system; step 2, defective product numbering: respectively setting a serial number for each defective product cause, and associating the serial numbers with consistent defective product causes in the IPC; step 3, point position setting: arranging all the point positions on a conveyor belt in sequence, and the IPC displaying the consistent point positions with the conveyor belt; step 4, cigarette packet detection; and step 5, distinctive display of the defective products according to the serial numbers: when a defective product is detected, the IPC directly displaying the serial number of the defective product cause and the point position where the defective product is located. The present invention uses different numbers to represent different rejection situations respectively, and when an apparatus performs rejection, an operator can visually see what situations cause the rejection of defective products, facilitating query, apparatus maintenance and instant data provision for upstream production.
