Abstract:
A circuit (10), a method and a related chip for time measurement, a system, and a device. The circuit comprises a delay chain (12) and a latch unit (14). The delay chain (12) can synchronously transmit a rising edge of a signal to be tested by taking a plurality of delay units in the delay chain (12) as starting points, thereby obtaining a plurality of sampling results of the rising edge. The latch unit (14) can latch the output signals of the delay units on the delay chain (12). The invention can realize the function of a TDC by means of a special circuit, thereby reducing the volume and cost of a laser radar system.
