Abstract:

The circulation device according to one embodiment is equipped with a retention unit for retaining a liquid and a droplet discharge unit for discharging the liquid, the circulation device controlling the circulation of the liquid flowing through a flow path communicating between the retention unit and the droplet discharge unit. Such a circulation device is equipped with a robot unit, a first pressure application unit, a second pressure application unit, a first valve unit, and a second valve unit. The droplet discharge unit is mounted on the robot unit. The first pressure application unit sends the liquid retained in the retention unit to the droplet discharge unit through a first flow path communicating between the retention unit and the droplet discharge unit. The second pressure application unit sends the liquid recovered in the droplet discharge unit to the retention unit through a second flow path communicating between the retention unit and the droplet discharge unit. The first valve unit is inserted between the first pressure application unit and the droplet discharge unit. The second valve unit is inserted between the second pressure application unit and the droplet discharge unit.
