Abstract:
A cis-flow biological fertilizer dryer, comprising a drying barrel (1). An air outlet tube (4) is mounted at one side of the interior of the drying barrel (1); an air pump (16) is mounted at another side of the interior of the drying barrel (1); nozzles (5) are uniformly arranged on the side of the air outlet tube (4) close to the air pump (16); a roller (15) is mounted inside the drying barrel (1); scraping plates (3) are uniformly mounted on the outer side of the roller (15); a drying bin (8) is mounted on top of the drying barrel (1); a drying tube (11) is mounted inside the drying bin (8); a feed hopper (10) is mounted on top of the drying bin (8); a dryer tube (9) is arranged on the outer side of the drying tube (11); and the air outlet tube (4) is connected to the dryer tube (9). The dryer performs a pre-drying treatment on fertilizer by using excess heat inside of the drying barrel (1), which is conducive to improving the efficiency of fertilizer drying.
