A clamp for sapphire ingot grinding, comprising a base (1), a first chuck (2), and a second chuck (3). The first chuck (2) is mated with a rear baffle (4) of the base (1) by means of a guide rail. A telescopic rod (5) connected to the second chuck (3) is provided on one side of the first chuck (2). A synchronous width adjusting lead screw (6) is provided on a side surface of the telescopic rod (5). Asynchronous width adjusting lead screws (7) used for adjusting the first chuck (2) and the second chuck (3) are provided on both the other side of the first chuck (2) and the other side of the second chuck (3). The second chuck (3) is mated with a chuck baffle (8) by means of a guide rail. Supporting rods (9) used for supporting the chuck baffle are provided on two ends of the chuck baffle (8). A length adjusting lead screw (11) used for adjusting the chuck baffle is provided at the middle of the chuck baffle (8). When the clamp is used for fixing a sapphire ingot for grinding, the rear baffle (4) and the chuck baffle (8) can fix both ends of sapphire, and the synchronous width adjusting lead screw and the asynchronous width adjusting lead screws can be used for adjusting and fixing the circumference of the sapphire ingot.
