In order to provide a clamp that can dampen vibrations, this clamp 40 has a holding part 50 that holds a wire harness 10, and a fixing part 60 that is provided to a portion of the outer circumferential surface of the holding part and is fixed to a panel 200 of a vehicle body. The fixing part 60 has: a base part 70 having a first surface 70A facing the holding part 50 side, and a second surface 70B on the opposite side of the first surface 70A; a shaft 80 extending from the second surface 70B of the base part 70 in a direction away from the holding part 50; a locking part 81 provided to a tip of the shaft 80 and formed so as to be lockable with the panel 200; and a vibration suppressing member 100 comprising a material having a lower elastic modulus than the base part 70, and protruding from the second surface 70A of the base part 70 toward the locking part 81.
