Abstract:
A clamping device for a metal mesh belt, comprising a mesh belt (1), a clamping structure (2), a cage rod (3) and a center rib (4), wherein the mesh belt (1) is arranged on one side of the cage rod (3) in a surrounding manner; the clamping structure (2) is sheathed on the outer side of the cage rod (3); the lateral side of the clamping structure (2) is fixedly connected to the center rib (4); when the mesh belt (1) is clamped to a drum, a cage rod cap (21) is snap-fitted to the outer side of the cage rod (3) by means of the clamping structure (2) so as to ensure that the circumferential faces of eight rubber wheels (26) are attached to the four outer surfaces of the cage rod (3); and extension springs (22) are provided between wheel carriers (25) on the two sides of the included angle of the cage rod cap (21), such that when being clamped to and rotating with the drum, the mesh belt (1) is connected and moves stably and smoothly without jamming or shaking.
