Abstract:
A Clean Hands - Hand washing device includes a water chamber, wash chamber and collection chamber. This is a portable motorized hand wash device wherein the water chamber and collection chamber are concealed. This can be used at hospitals, offices and at homes, especially for the elderly, children and the sick. The hand wash device needs an assistant to hold the device for a non-touch hand wash. The person who uses the device will not touch any object to wash hands. Just inserting the hands in to the device will suffice.

Claims:
We Claim:

1. A Clean hands - hand wash device comprises a) Water chamber which is installed on a top surface of the device b) Wash chamber at the middle c) Collection chamber placed at the bottom of the device

2. A Clean hands - hand wash device according to claim 1 , water chamber which consists of water inlet connection and water through inlet can be manually filled in stand-alone type or automatic as in wall mount type, splashes water in to the wash chamber by a motor powered by a battery and operated by a push button

3. A Clean hands - hand wash device according to claim 1, wherein the wash chamber placed at the bottom is curved on all sides to provide maximum surface area for washing.

4. According to claim 2, the motor, battery are accommodated on the back curved surface of the hand wash device, or on any other surface as required,

5. A clean hands - hand wash device according to claim 4, wherein said water jet opening in wash chamber gets water by the power of a motor, powered by a battery, which is operated by a push button, in stand-alone device as well as in wall mount type.

6. A clean hands - hand wash device according to claim 1 , wherein the water chamber and collection chamber, have inlet and outlet the outlet pipes, having flexible parts, water openings and blunt tips

7. A Clean hands - hand wash device according to claim 1, wherein the inlet and outlet pipes, plugged in to the wall mounts with inlet wall opening and outlet wall opening for automatic water filling and draining, in wall mounted type.

8. A Clean hands wash device according to claim 1, wherein said trolley is attached with a brake.

A Clean hands - hand was device, according to claim 5, having the inlet and outlet pipes, plugged in to the wall mounts in the wall mounted type, comprising of the inlet wall opening and outlet wall opening, having inlet lock system and outlet lock system, when the blunt tips of the inlet and outlet pipes are pushed in, will allow water to flow through the opening of the inlet pipe and opening of the outlet pipe.

10. According to claim 5 & 7, the wall mount accessories are having the inlet and outlet connecting pipe.

Detailed Description

Technical field of the invention

The utility model relates to the field of sanitary ware in the field of health and hygiene, in particular to a hand wash with more scientific and in a comfortable way.

Background of the Invention

There are a lot of sanitary ware inventions to help human beings to maintain cleanliness thereby contributing to good health. Here, this invention pertains to the hand wash devices, where a sink, designed to multiply the purpose of hand wash and make the process of hand washing more scientific and comfortable. The existing sink models offer beautiful designs, sizes and shapes, but fail to provide scientific solution for a complete hand wash (CN201821045294U). In addition to this, the existing sinks are wall mounted and the person has to go to the fixed system for a hand wash because it is not detachable. Where ever we are in the living space, offering a comfortable hand wash at the site we need is the aim of this concept.

Summary of the Invention

The days tell us we all need to wash our hands. Hand washing is a basic human discipline which we have flouted for a long while and we now know the importance of hand washing. Here this invention pertains to the field of sanitary ware, a detachable sink having a water tank, a wash chamber and the water collection chamber. The whole system could be an independent unit or a detachable sink which could be fixed to be a wall mounted and when ever needed, it could be detached from the wall for use and re fixed to the wall on its wall fixtures. The device also could be attached to a trolley with wheels for comfortable shifting from place to place.

The Clean Hands - hand wash device, a detachable sink having three chambers namely the water chamber, wash chamber and the collection chamber. The water chamber has an inlet pipe attached to the water chamber and an outlet pipe attached to the collection chamber. The whole body of the hand wash device is designed in such a way that the water chamber occupies approximately one tenth of the size of the device and the collection chamber occupies approximately one tenth of the size of the device. The central wash chamber occupies the remaining 80% of the size of the device. Water jets out from the water chamber in to the wash chamber with the help of a motor, powered by a battery.The whole body is a pot- like structure having curved surfaces all around and this design provides a large space sufficient enough for a comfortable hand wash. The extra fittings to this device are handles wherever needed, holes for hanging wherever needed, a holder for a liquid soap bottle and a hanger for a hand towel or a tissue roll. This could be manufactured in three designs, as independent, wall mounted and trolley type. The independent design has no attachments and is provided with openings with lids in the places of inlet and outlet pipes. These openings are purposed to fill in water and let out water respectively. The wall mounted type is provided with inlet and outlet pipes along with necessary handles and holes for hanging. This is purposed to be re fixed to the wall after use. The trolley type is provided with wheels and stands to hold the device. As mentioned, the purpose of the clean hands hand wash device is to provide hand wash facility in different areas of life in the living space or in the working space. The utility of this device could be appropriate in hospitals, hotels, offices and even houses.

The wall mounted type will be detachable type. This will have an inlet and out let pipes which will be plugged in to the wall mounted inlet and outlet openings. When plugged in, the water will get filled in to the water chamber and the washed water will be drained out simultaneously. It can be taken any where, used and brought back to be fixed to the wall mounted openings. Detailed Description of the invention

The Clean Hands -Hand wash device which is purposed and designed to provide the comfort of hand washing in different areas of life at home and at work places. The elderly and small children, who find it difficult to reach out the wash area or the toilet for a hand wash, will find this device very useful as the sink moves to their place of need wherever they are. In these Days of Corona threat worldwide, the importance of hand wash is being insisted. As it is well understood the hand wash helps us keep our body clean and healthy. Scientifically speaking, hand is the dirtiest part of the body which touches everything. So the cleanliness of the hand ensures good health. This clean hands- Hand wash device is designed to provide an additional mode of hand wash in addition to the existing modes of hand wash.

Fig: 1 depicts the full view of the detachable Hand wash device. The Top surface 1 gives an aesthetic appearance to the hand wash device. The water chamber 2 and collection chamber 4 occupy the upper portion and the lower portion of the hand wash device approximately one tenth of the space each. The whole body of the hand wash device is curved in all sides, to provide more surface area for a comfortable hand wash, without touching the inner side of the wash chamber 3. The wash chamber 3 occupies the middle 80% of the hand wash device providing sufficient space for a comfortable hand wash. The back surface of the hand wash device also could be provided with a curved surface to increase the space for hand wash. The inlet pipe 8 brings in water to the water chamber 2. The outlet pipe 11 drains out the water from the collection chamber 4. Tap push button 5 when pressed will jet out water from the water jet opening 6 and it produces the water splash 7. The curved back surface of the hand wash device, which is not shown in the diagram, contains a mini motor powered by a battery is helping the water jet out of the water jet opening 6 to splash water 7 in to the wash chamber, operated by a push button 5. Alternatively we can provide a sensor in the place of tap push button 5 to initiate water jet opening 6 to produce the water splash 7. The inlet pipe 8 has a flexible part 9 and an opening 10. The flexible part provides convenience in pushing the inlet pipe 8 into the inlet wall mount 14. The inlet pipe 8 and the out let pipe 11 have a blunt tip. When the inlet pipe 8 is pushed into the inlet wall mount 14, the tip of the inlet pipe pushes the inlet lock system 16, providing the opening of the inlet pipe 10 to access the water in pipe line 15. During this time, the water chamber 2 gets filled in with water. Once the water chamber 2 is full, the inlet pipe 8 is pulled out of the wall mounted inlet opening 14 and now the hand wash device is ready for the next use. When the inlet pip 8 is pushed into the wall mounted inlet opening 14, the outlet pipe 11 is also simultaneously pushed into the wall mounted outlet opening 17 so that the dirty water from the collection chamber 4 which got collected during the previous wash is drained out through the outlet opening 13. This happens when the outlet pipe 11 is pushed into the wall mounted outlet opening 17, which in turn pushes the outlet lock system 19 and connects the outlet opening 13 with the drainage pipe line 18. So the inlet pipe 8 ant the outlet pipe 11 are pushed into the wall mounted inlet opening 14 and the outlet opening 17 simultaneously. By this the clean water gets filled in within the water chamber 2 and the dirty water gets out of the collection chamber 4. Both the events happen simultaneously. Now the hand wash device is ready for a hand wash. This procedure can be repeated several times according to our need. The trolley type is the same principle with the independent type of the hand wash device, attached with the trolley with wheels and brake system, for transportation to different places with in the buildings.

Fig: 2 Depicts the wall mounted inlet and outlet openings 14 and 17 along with the inlet and outlet lock systems 16 and 19. The inlet outlet connecting pipe 20 helps the excess droplets of water from the wall mounted inlet pipe 14, to drain through the wall mounted outlet pipe 17 without dripping and causing a mess up. The image shows the inlet and outlet lock systems 16 and 19 in closed positions.

Fig: 3 Depicts the wall mounted inlet and outlet openings 14 and 17 along with the inlet and outlet lock systems 16 and 19 respectively, in the open position. During this open position the inlet opening 10 has direct access to the water pipe line 15 and the outlet opening 13 has direct access to the drainage pipe 18.

The importance of hand wash is now understood by the world very precisely. The corona virus having a lipid surface goes off our hands only by a thorough wash with soap and water. The lipid surface of the virus and the protein projections of the virus need soap water, to detach it from our hands. The formation of micelle, by the soap molecule can only capture the virus and remove it from our hands. So hand wash has become the most needed social and personal health habit. The viral pandemic demands it. We have come up with an idea called CLEAN HANDS - hand wash device which assures 100% non- touch technique hand wash. This needs an assistant to hold the device and help the user. The device consists of three chambers. The top water chamber, the middle wash chamber and the water collection chamber at the bottom. The water from the water chamber gushes out when the assistant presses the button, which enables hand wash without having to touch any object by the user. The wash chamber is provided with sufficient space for the hand wash. The washed out water gets collected at the bottom of the device, called the collection chamber. Since this device is portable, it is a standalone model which could be even fitted to the trolley, which can be used in hospitals during rounds, at home and care homes for the elderly and children who need assistance. The advantage is that the user who needs to wash his or her hands, need not rush to the washroom or wash basin for a hand wash. The facility comes to ones hands at the point of need. The wall mounted model is detachable and has inlet and outlet pipes which can be fixed to the wall after use. Simultaneously the water gets filled in, and the washed out water drains out. Hand wash is made comfortable and scientific; the user’s hands are 100% free of corona virus.

As anyone in this field could understand and appreciate that the modifications, additions, alterations, deletions in shape, size and other embodiments, described in this description are not beyond the scope of this invention.
