A cleaning base station (10) and a cleaning system (100). The cleaning base station (10) comprises a supply housing (113), a first pair of rollers (1141) and a cover plate (111); the supply housing (113) is formed with an accommodating space (1133) used for placing a cleaning wipe set (115); the cleaning wipe set (115) is formed from the connection of a plurality of cleaning wipes; the first pair of rollers (1141) is disposed in the accommodating space (1133), and comprises a first roller (1141a) and a second roller (1141b) for use in clamping and conveying cleaning wipes of the cleaning wipe set (115); the cover plate (111) is movably arranged on the supply housing (113); when the cover plate (111) moves relative to the supply housing (113) to open the accommodating space (1133), the first roller (1141a) moves away from the second roller (1141b); and when the cover plate (111) moves relative to the supply housing (113) to close the accommodating space (1133), the first roller (1141a) moves towards the second roller (1141b) so as to clamp and convey the cleaning wipes. The cleaning base station (10) and the cleaning system (100) can automatically provide cleaning wipes for a cleaning robot (20).
