1. A cleaning brush fixed to a flat base characteristic in that on the upper surface of the base 1, generally vertically and at small distances from one another there are mandrels 2 installed in the form of grass blades with the length ranging from 4 mm to 80 mm, which are randomly bent in various directions generally at their mid-length.

2. A brush according to claim 1 characteristic in that the density of the mandrels ranges from 5000 to 300 00 mandrels per m2.

3. A brush according to claim 1 or 2 characteristic in that the mandrels on the base of the brush have various lengths.

4. A brush according to claim 1 to 3 characteristic in that the bottom surface 3 of the base 1 is equipped with a surface mounting element 4 in the form of Velcro.

5. A brush according to claim 1 to 4 characteristic in that the base has the shape of a circle.

Description:
Cleaning brush

The subject of the invention is a brush, in particular for cleaning flat surfaces on large areas such as streets, squares, warehouses, shops.

There are known solutions for cleaning street surfaces in which the cleaning element spins or is placed on a roller.

Utility model CN206800285 describes a solution for a road sweeper mechanism comprising a motor, a drive shaft and a combination of several cleaning brushes.

Utility model CN 206859145 describes a device for cleaning roads.

Patent description PL 295307 describes a floor sweeper. The floor sweeper comprises the sweeper casing and wheels installed in a rotating way in the said casing in order to support the said casing on the floor surface. The brush roll is installed in a rotating way in the casing. There are two transmission assemblies located at opposite sides of the casing. Each transmission assembly contains the first planetary gear mechanism with a sun gear coupled with the relevant brush roll end, a toothed ring encircling the sun gear and with a certain number of planetary wheels coupled with both the sun gear and the toothed ring. The first driving wheel is coupled with the toothed ring and the casing encloses the said first planetary gear mechanism.

There are known sweepers having the shape of mandrels in the form of irregular grass.

An important technical problem concerning sweeping devices is obtaining the effect of sweeping / cleaning the surface without exerting too much pressure on the surface by the cleaning part, which tends to wear off in the sweeping process.

Unexpectedly it turned out that using a brush in the form of irregular grass in a cleaning device allows to obtain effective dirt removal from the surface while retaining high durability of the cleaning element itself.

The cleaning brush according to the invention, fixed to the base is characteristic in that on the upper surface of the base, generally vertically and at small distances from one another there are mandrels installed in the form of grass blades with the length ranging from 4 mm to 80 mm, which are randomly bent in various directions generally at their mid-length.

Favourably, the density of the mandrels ranges from 5000 to 300 000 mandrels per m2.

Favourably, the mandrels on the base of the brush have various lengths.

Alternatively, the bottom surface of the base is equipped with a mounting element in the form of Velcro.

Alternatively the base has the shape of a circle.

The used solution allows to remove dirt from roads, squares, floors of shops and warehouses regardless of the direction the cleaning device is moving along.

A cleaning brush fixed to base 1 has the form of densely, generally vertically, placed mandrels 2 having the shape of grass blades with the length of 10 mm to 12 mm, which are randomly bent at point A in various directions, generally at their mid-length. The bottom surface 3 of the base 1 is equipped with a surface mounting element in the form of Velcro or another solution that allows the brush to be remounted. The brush may have a circular shape of the base or a rectangular element wrapped around a cylinder.

The embodiment shown does not exhaust the possibilities of using the invention.
