Disclosed are a cleaning device and a capacitor assembly and stamping integrated machine. The cleaning device is used for cleaning a capacitor naked product, and comprises a first cleaning device (10), a rotating frame (20), an angle encoder (30), and a controller (40). The first cleaning device (10) is used for wet cleaning the naked product of a cleaning station (P1) and is provided with a second cleaning device (13). The second cleaning device (13) is used for dry cleaning the naked product of the cleaning station (P1). The rotating frame (20) is rotated around its rotation axis to clamp the naked product alternately into and out of the cleaning station (P1). The angle encoder (30) is used for coding according to the rotation angle of the rotating frame (20). The controller (40) is respectively connected to the angle encoder (30) and the first cleaning device (10) for controlling the first cleaning device (10) to wet-clean the naked product according to a signal of the angle encoder (30). The cleaning device can improve the yield of capacitor manufacturing.
