A cleaning device for an electric automobile, capable of coupling to and cooperating with a battery swapping station of the electric automobile (6). The cleaning device comprises a control part (3), a cleaning unit (1), and a drying part (2). The cleaning unit (1) is used for cleaning a power battery area of the electric automobile (6); the drying part (2) is used for drying the power battery area; and the control part (3) is used for controlling the cleaning unit (1) and the drying part (2) to complete the cleaning and drying operations of the power battery area. The cleaning device is capable of effectively cleaning a shell (71) of the power battery (7) on the electric automobile (6) and removing contaminants, so that a battery swapping device of the battery swapping station can smoothly replace the power battery (7) and prevent the contaminants from damaging the power battery (7) and the battery swapping device. Also disclosed is a battery swapping system comprising the cleaning device.
