Abstract:
A cleaning device for hole bottoms of blind holes, comprising: a connecting rod (1) and a connector (2), which is connected to an end of the connecting rod (1); an outer surface of the connector (2) is provided thereon with at least one polishing strip (3) having a certain elasticity and grinding performance; when the cleaning device is inserted into the blind hole to carry out a cleaning action, the polishing strip (3) rotates in the blind hole and clings to an inner wall of the blind hole. For deep blind holes, an ordinary cleaning device may not meet the requirements for a thorough cleaning of the blind hole; the cleaning device for hole bottoms of blind holes provided by the present device may fully clean a blind hole, and has the advantage of optimizing the surface finish of the blind hole. In addition, the polishing strip of the present device has a certain elasticity, and in case of abrasion, the same may essentially return to the original shape thereof due to the elastic feature thereof, and may maintain full contact with the blind hole during the cleaning process, thereby maintaining a good cleaning effect throughout.
