Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of cleaning devices. Disclosed is a cleaning device for a small machining tool in a mechanical factory. The cleaning device for a small machining tool in a mechanical factory comprises a box; a first partition plate is fixedly connected in the box; an internal ring gear is rotatably connected in the first partition plate; cleaning rods are rotatably connected in the internal ring gear; cleaning mechanisms are arranged on each cleaning rod; a driven gear is fixedly connected onto the cleaning rods; a second partition plate is fixedly connected in the box; through holes are formed on a circular disc; the cleaning rods are rotatably connected in the through holes; a third partition plate is fixedly connected at the top of the box; an input ring is rotatably connected at the top of a hollow disc; a liquid storage box is fixedly connected to the end of a pipe distant from the input ring; a booster pump is fixedly connected in the liquid storage box; the pipe is fixedly connected onto the booster pump; an extension pipe is fixedly connected onto the pipe. The present invention is simple in structure and reasonable in design, and allows full contact between a tool and a cleaning liquid to achieve thorough cleaning, thereby yielding an ideal cleaning effect.
