Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cleaning machine for a small-size cover plate, and a cleaning method therefor in the technical field of mechanical cleaning. The cleaning machine comprises a machine frame and a control box, wherein the machine frame is sequentially provided with a feeding port, a first air blowing chamber, a first cleaning region, a second air blowing chamber, a second cleaning region, a third air blowing chamber, a third cleaning region, a fourth cleaning region, a fifth cleaning region, a fourth air blowing chamber and a discharge port; and a conveying mechanism and a water tank for supplying water are further provided on the machine frame. A cover plate to be cleaned enters the apparatus, is sequentially subjected to cleaning with deionized water and drying multiple times, is then subjected to cleaning with a higher-purity deionized water and cleaning with pure water, and finally passes through the fourth air blowing chamber for drying and is then taken out from the discharge port. The cover plate is cleaned with deionized water having an increasingly high filtering precision, which can effectively remove most impurities and save the cost for cleaning water; and the number and the configuration of the angle of four groups of drying air knives in the fourth air blowing chamber ensure that the cover plate is completely dried by the time same reaches the discharge port, thereby meeting the cleaning requirement.
