Abstract:
Disclosed is a cleaning paper quick-changing device, comprising a cleaning mechanism (1) and a paper quick-changing mechanism (2). The cleaning mechanism (1) is provided with a paper winding motor (3) and a limiting air cylinder (4), the paper quick-changing mechanism (2) is provided with a connecting shaft (5) in the shape of a semicircular head structure, when the connecting shaft (5) is separated from the paper winding motor (3), the paper quick-changing mechanism (2) can be taken out of the cleaning mechanism (1) as a whole, and when the limiting air cylinder (4) extends out and abuts against the paper quick-changing mechanism (2), the connecting shaft (5) can be directly in butt joint with the paper winding motor (3) through 360 degrees without dead angles. Two identical paper quick-changing mechanisms can be prepared for each apparatus, the two paper quick-changing mechanisms are alternately replaced and used, the intermedial paper changing time and start up and shut down times are reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved.
