Abstract:
A cleaning process for irregular tubular automobile parts, comprising the following steps: S1, sequentially arranging a plurality of irregular tubular automobile parts on a hanger, fixing the position of each of the irregular tubular automobile parts, and making each of the irregular tubular automobile parts extend upward in a vertical direction; S2, preparing a cleaning solution, the cleaning solution being an aqueous solution containing a degreasing agent, where the mass fraction of the degreasing agent is 5.5-8.5%; S3, heating the prepared cleaning solution to 50-60°C, and then washing the irregular tubular automobile parts on the hanger from top to bottom by means of a cleaning device, the washing pressure being 0.15-0.25 MPa, and the washing time being 1-2 minutes. The present cleaning process: has good cleaning and removing effects on oil stains and debris, that is, the removal is rapid and thorough, and the cleaning efficiency is high; may reduce labor cost investment and is beneficial to safe production; and may employ a simple cleaning device to reduce operation and maintenance costs.
