Abstract:
In order to prevent reduction in the dust capturing performance of a cleaning tool (1) and keep the appearance of the cleaning tool (1) satisfactory, the cleaning tool (1) is configured to comprise: a fiber bundle (7) which is obtained by arranging a large number of fibers (3) having a predetermined length such that the fibers (3) extend in the same direction; a base material sheet (4) which has a width smaller than the predetermined length and which fixes the fiber bundle (7); and a joining part which allows, near a lateral edge section of the base material sheet (4), the fibers (3) to be joined together and/or the fiber bundle (7) and the base material sheet (4) to be joined together, with the fiber bundle (7) being superposed on the base material sheet (4).
